With Ironman Melbourne - Asia Pacific Championships (P400- KPR) event next month, March 22. It has been nice to be involved with Mark Bolton and his "ride" towards completing his first Ironman event.
Mark has been at the top of his field in his sporting career playing Australian Rules Football (AFL) and is now running the Ladder Foundation http://www.ladder.org.au/index.php?id=62 that helps youth homelessness in Australia.
Below is the 1st of a series of short clips that I have been lucky to be involved in giving an insight into Mark, his role at Ladder and his ride towards Ironman Melbourne.
